Today, 2 brave Arkansas water protectors locked down to an active track hoe at the St. Francis Drill Site halting construction and the Horizontal Directional Drill in the midst of its work for two hours.
These protectors were taken into custody by the St. Francis County Sheriffs Department and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and released from jail after bond was posted.
They will see a judge on December 14th.
