Denver, CO: Stand With Eric King in Court on Thursday

A call to support Eric King in court as the State attempts to bury him on trumped up charges.

Facebook Event HERE

The state is trying to bury Eric, they are trying to charge him with heavy charges for his own assault last year. They are trying to do it silently, entering court dates into record the same day. They underestimate us, we need to pack the courtroom every single appearance. We need to show the state the judges that we will not let them do this to our friend. They attack him for his politics, dragging him into a broom closet and they attack him or try to orchestrate attacks at every single prison he was sent to in the last year since this happened. A year in segregation not even allowed photos of his family. Then they wait until the year anniversary of that day that destroyed so much for them to call him to court.

Having community show up to court has a big affect on perception by the state, judges and juries. We need to pack this courtroom for Eric. Show him he isn’t alone and we will stand up against the BOP (who are killing people left and right).

We will need ongoing support. Come out to court:

8/29/2019 10:00 AM in Courtroom A 501
Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse
901 19th St, Denver, CO 80294
Valid ID necessary to enter the federal courthouse
We expect this to last no more than 20 minutes.

WE NEED FOLKS TO SHOW UP FOR ERIC! Please wear red in solidarity with Eric, or don’t! But please show up! We want to keep this event page to be one that keeps going throughout his time pretrial. We will post updates here.
