In response to Milo Yiannopolis’s Dangerous Faggot university tour, Southside ARA incites local concerned citizens and students to pressure the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee President Mone administration by demanding that no quarter, no sanctuary and no platform be given to Milo Yiannopoulos.
Milo, the alt-right Trump darling, has been invited to speak on campus by student group Turning Point USA on December 13. Milo has a history of misogynistic, transphobic, racist, xenophobic and Islamophobic statements with connections to the Men’s Rights Activists movement. He has clawed up from the sludgy depths of Breitbart.com, the white nationalist fake news network. His cult following is ideologically aligned with Donald Trump and his alt-right, the dangerous neo-fascist white supremacist movement. By granting Milo a speaking platform at college campuses and universities, specifically University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Mone administration is complicit with the growing neo-fascist movement as it continues to crystallize and gain momentum. We must demonstrate to the administration, to Milo, to his fans, to the rest of the Trump-supporting country and Trump’s policy architects trying to make the country into an ethnically white state that fascism will be flattened and tossed aside, like scraping dogshit off of steelcap tread.
Due to public pressure and fear of violence along this tour, Iowa State University, North Dakota State University, Portland State University and New York University have all abruptly cancelled Milo events. He doesn’t dare visit any universities in Chicago after he was physically shut down last year by protesters.
Milo and his fans must not be allowed space to network, an opportunity for legitimacy, nor an auditorium to persuade new minds.
Make racists afraid again and keep racists afraid forever, jam the phones and twitters of University of Wisoncin-Milwaukee Chancellor Mark Mone:
