From Eternal Springs Earth First!
Last week, you may have heard that we slowed down drilling equipment starting to bore under the Santa Fe River in Florida. This weekend, we want to bring it to a grinding halt. Will you join us?
The action camp, November 4 – 7, will take place on the river a mile from the drill site, several miles downstream from the well-loved Ichetucknee Springs, and close to the confluence with the Suwanee River. This region of North Florida is home to a concentration of more fresh water springs than anywhere else in the world.
Eternal Springs EF! (a newly forming group) is joining local land owners, members of the American Indian Movement and Our Santa Fe River to host this camp.

Join us for a weekend of action against the Sabal Trail fracked gas pipleine at Santa Fe River Crossing
Come camp out along the river, meet with other Sabal Trail pipeline opponents, learn to survey for violations that can slow construction, and take action to confront the energy empire.
Please bring:
* Your own camping gear
* Food – we will not be providing meals, so please come prepared with food to eat for the weekend. We will have water, coffee and snacks available for all.
* Instruments to play around the campfire
There is also an ongoing encampment near Live Oak, FL.
We will be coordinating with this group.
Click here to register for the camp. Directions will be sent to people who register.
The camp is hosted by an ad hoc organizing group opposed to the Sabal Trail pipeline.
