Yesterday, women from the Secwepemc Women’s Warrior Society and Ancestral Pride occupied the offices of Imperial Metals, in so called Vancouver. They also paid a to visit the offices of the Mining Association of BC. They did this to protest the planned re-opening of the Mt-Polley mine. About 30 cops arrived at the scene andviolently assaulting the women and their supporters and arrested four of them.
