Atlanta, GA: Solidarity with W.V. Teachers Strike

On the night of March third, we hung a banner above the parking deck in the Edgewood Shopping Plaza in solidarity with striking teachers in West Virginia.

The banner read “WV Teachers lead the way: spread the strike.”

The self-organized struggle of the teachers and residents of West Virginia should receive the coordinated solidarity efforts of revolutionaries across the region.

Across the so-called United States, rebellious energy is beginning to develop against the combined indignities of gentrification, wage stagnation, cuts to healthcare, and repression. We encourage this development with our humble act.

We can have a better life if we are willing to fight for one.
