Continued Support Needed for Eric King and his Family

July has been a difficult month so far for Eric and his family. After getting into a car accident that destabilized Eric’s family financially, we learned that Eric’s partner has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. A solidarity EP was recently put together to help Eric and his family, and we are very appreciative to the musicians who donated their music and to those who put the album together. The support crew decided to also start a gofundme page for Eric and his family now that their expenses have increased dramatically.

Eric’s partner will now have extra medical expenses and appointments that will require time off of work, transportation costs,  and child care. The severity and treatment of the cancer is still being determined. Without a reliable car, she has not been able to visit Eric, but continues to support him as best as she can. Eric’s support crew believes that prisoner support means supporting the entire family. Eric is crushed from his partners cancer diagnosis, and we are doing everything we can to support them during this.

Gofundme takes 3% of every donation given, so while that is shitty, it seems to be the best way to get financial support. However you don’t want them to take some of the money, you can also donate directly to Eric’s partner right here, through paypal.
