This afternoon during the start of rush hour traffic we dropped a banner saying “FREEDOM LIVES WHERE THE STATE DIES (A)” off the roof of a vacant building on Colfax Ave, one of the main streets in Denver.
We did this small and simple act as a show of solidarity with the anarchist prisoner Eric King, who is currently serving a 10 year sentence for the attempted firebombing of a congressman’s office in Kansas City, MO in September of 2014 in solidarity with the Ferguson Uprising.
Throughout his imprisonment Eric has remained rebellious, defiant and in good spirits and continues to stand by his actions and his commitment to the struggle against white supremacy, capitalism and the state, even in the face of violence, threats and repression at the hands of prison guards and administration.
We admire your dedication, strength and the ferocity with which you fight Eric!
SOLIDARITY AND FRIENDSHIP ARE OUR WEAPONS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CAPITALISM AND THE STATE!
Much Love and Solidarity! (A)

P.S.
Since his arrest Eric has been kept extremely isolated from his loved ones and supporters, so please, take a couple of minutes and write him a letter or send him a postcard or news article and let him know you are thinking of him!
