In the early evening of February 1st we dropped 2 banners off a bridge going over the interstate during rush hour traffic in solidarity with those resisting the DAPL and those resisting the grand jury being used against water protectors in North Dakota.
As we dropped the first banner off, which said “SOLID(A)RITY WITH STANDING ROCK”, we were cheered on by people honking their car horns in approval from the road below! This encouragement was much appreciated! We then dropped a second banner next to the first that said “RESIST GRAND JURIES”.
With love and solidarity!
