Horizontal Hostility’s inaugural episode. The five hosts gather in the same city and same room (with two spectators and occasional commentators) to talk about Riseup.net’s decision to turn over information regarding two users to the FBI and their justification. The show covers discussion about ethics in the hacker community, some technical explanations about privacy software (RiseUp email, PGP, Signal, Tutanota), and the Anarchist position on collaboration with the State. This episode is a bit long and a rough cut. We hope to tighten up in future episodes. Thanks for listening.
