Montreal’s 15th Annual Anarchist Theater Festival

Announcing the 15th annual Montreal Anarchist Theater Festival starting on May 17th to Tuesday May 24th. 

The fifteenth annual Montreal International Anarchist Theatre Festival (MIATF) – the world’s biggest anarchist theatre festival – will present more than 30 artists (8 troupes) from Chile, Taiwan, Italy, and Quebec for seven days and nights of provocative, socially engaged, freedom-loving theatre, starting Tues May 17th @ 9am EDT to Tues May 24th, 9pm EDT, ONLINE on their website. It will be free to watch.

The MIATF skipped two years of live theatre performances because of COVID, and decided to not risk any cancellations this year because of illnesses or lockdowns and instead go online. In spite of everything, we’re presenting excellent anarchist theatre.
