The following report back comes from Oakland, CA, and details a New Year’s Eve noise demo.
In keeping with a beautiful Bay Area and international anarchist tradition as well in burning memory Oscar Grant, approximately 23 of us gathered on unceded Chochenyo Ohlone territory at the Oakland City Jail on New Year’s Eve to bang pots and pans, light fireworks, and express our solidarity to the prisoners. Multiple prisoners responded by waving and banging on the windows. There was no interference by the pigs.
For a 2019 of prison breaks! Death to the american plantation! Long live anarchy!
