Call for submissions for issue #4 of the No More City publication, out of so-called Vancouver, BC.
We are now taking submissions for our third issue of No More City until February 15th. We are looking for original submissions local to so-called Vancouver and so-called BC for our 4th issue! This issue will cover Fall/Winter 2021 and Winter 2022.
We are looking for on the ground reports, reflections, and analysis from Fairy Creek, Gidimt’en and Coyote Camps, anti-TMX struggle on Secwépemc territory, and any other struggles against extractive, earth-destroying industries. We are also seeking to balance the focus on direct action and sabotage with other forms of struggle and building the world we seek to thrive in, such as disability justice, indigenous sovereignty, anarcha-feminism, queer and trans liberation, networks of care, pleasure activism, mutual aid, race in anarchist communities, relationships to “nature,” and more.
We are also looking for anything else you are interested in writing or submitting!! Poems, communiques, digital and visual art, photography, reflections on actions long past, book reviews, personal/emotional reflections.
Please read our submissions guidelines page (https://nomore.city/submit-your-work/) and our privacy section (https://nomore.city/privacy-policy/) on how to safely submit your stuff. And send your submissions to us at [email protected] by February 15th.
