In collaboration with IWOC Wales, Scotland and England, ABC Bristol held an info-night and fundraising dinner in solidarity with the US prison strike. Lots of people turned up and were amazed to hear about the revolt taking place across the pond. We also talked about the relevance to our situation as the most privatised prison system in Europe, with huge prison expansions poised to take place in the next few years.
